HaveFunPoker is een gratis, onafhankelijk pokereducatieproject. Op dit moment worden via HaveFunPoker geen betaalde producten of diensten aangeboden en worden geen advertenties geplaatst.
2. Minimumleeftijd & Gebruik door Minderjarigen
Het platform is primair bedoeld voor gebruikers die de wettelijke leeftijd voor online/offline kansspelen in hun respectievelijke jurisdictie hebben bereikt (doorgaans 18 jaar of ouder). Minderjarigen mogen de website uitsluitend gebruiken onder toezicht en met toestemming van een ouder of wettelijke voogd. Wij moedigen verantwoordelijk speelgedrag aan.
3. Handanalyse & AI (Geen Financieel Advies)
Alle handanalyses, outs-berekeningen, equity-schattingen en AI-coachingsfeedback op HaveFunPoker zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor educatieve en informatieve doeleinden. Dit vormt op geen enkele wijze financieel advies, kansspeladvies of een garantie op winst in pokerspellen.
4. Algemene Voorwaarden & Gebruik
- Verbod op misbruik: Het is ten strengste verboden om de website te misbruiken, te overbelasten, te proberen ongeautoriseerde toegang te krijgen tot systemen of accounts van andere gebruikers, of geautomatiseerde scripts/scrapers in te zetten.
- Account verwijderen / beëindigen: Je kunt je account op elk moment laten beëindigen of gegevens laten verwijderen. HaveFunPoker behoudt zich tevens het recht voor om accounts bij misbruik of schending van deze voorwaarden per direct te blokkeren of te verwijderen.
- Beschikbaarheid van de website: HaveFunPoker streeft naar een stabiele werking, maar biedt geen garanties met betrekking tot ononderbroken beschikbaarheid. Het platform kan op elk moment tijdelijk offline of ontoegankelijk zijn voor onderhoud of updates.
- Aansprakelijkheid: HaveFunPoker is een gratis educatief initiatief en aanvaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor directe of indirecte schade, verlies van data of financiële verliezen die voortvloeien uit het gebruik van de website of de aangeboden tools.

- Prohibition of Abuse: Users are strictly prohibited from abusing the website, attempting unauthorized access to systems or other user accounts, overloading servers, or utilizing automated scrapers/scripts.
- Account Termination: You may terminate your account and request data removal at any time. HaveFunPoker reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts immediately in case of abuse or policy violations.
